COSMIC BOWLING

After mick's banquet we joined the family at the bowling alley for some COSMIC BOWLING.
Melissa and her family, April and her family and Grandpa Doug and Grandma Tamera along with Mariah Shelbs friend and Now Carsons friend he thought she was so cute. The kids had a riot laughing, being silly and teasing all the other bowlers that night. Thanks Newman clan for the invite it is always a GREAT TIME whatever we are doing. CUB SCOUTS

Mick had his BLUE and GOLD banquet on Friday February 27th. He earned 4 awards in one month. He is so excited about this scout stuff and loves being involved with it. The night was lots of fun Honoring the boys and there awards.
GOOD JOB CUB SCOUTS. I want to give a BIG THANKS to his leaders Camille Anderson and Nan Croney they are awesome and do a great job with the boys. Also all the other leaders for there time and energy they put into this program.
Mick we are proud of you keep up the good work, we LOVE ya tons!!

Choir Concert

Shelb had her Choir Concert on February 26th. It was GREAT and shelby did AWESOME. She gets pretty nervous in front of crowds, she held her composure when the giggles started coming with others (which is hard to do I have been in that situation). All the songs were great, but we did have a favorite. Shelby and a few other friends sang together and they did such a good job they sounded really good together. Shelby has really loved this class and has learned alot from Mrs. Toone. GOOD JOB SIS. WE LOVED EVERY BIT OF THE CONCERT. It is a proud moment for a parent to see there kids doing good. I LOVE YA SHELB!!

FFA assembly Thursday February 19th 2009.

Shaunie and some FFA members opened the assembly for the FFA in front of the WHOLE studentbody she said that made her more nervous than to do that in front of the judges.

PEER PRESSURE!

Each of the contestants were judged and timed on different events, cakes were auctioned off to the highest bidder and the Sweetheart was Chosen.

Kirby Vacum anyone??? I know most of the time we want to just not answer the door, or make NO eye contact but this Kirby salesman is a Sweetheart. Just a little advertisement for my nehpew, he is saleing these great vacums and doing a great job. I have put one on my wish list I have central vac in my house, ya I love the convinience of it but this Kirby vac out works it with much more power. Any one interested??? or does anyone have one ??

The little man!!

This is my nephew Isaac. He is a little fire ball with a big heart. He is 12 years old and can do anything. He is so athletic in every sport. He plays basketball with everyone at least a foot or two taller than him. He might lack in hieghth but makes up for it in skill in every sport he does. Grandma deb gets pretty defensive when it comes to her grandkids. The ref made a comment "come over here little blue guy" grandma says "hey watch it your not to tall for your self either". She is the number one fan and you don't mess with her grandkids. Isaac keep up the hard work we Love Watching you!!

Bitter Sweet Weekend

A weekend of snow again!!! The weekend was a little busy, Mick was a sick boy, Shelby fell on the ice and hurt her back, Casey came to visit Shaunie, Shaylie made breakfast, Sutton family came to see us on there way to California, Grandma came to teach us a new card game, Scott bought a new heater for outside (he was ay excited), and I just tryed to keep everyone Happy you know it is a full time job sometimes.

Mick was sick with BAD tonsils thursday-sunday uhg.... This is what he did when he had the energy to play. He sets up the whole farm and begs to keep it up for more than one day. Happy Valentines mick! It takes up the whole front room these pictures don't even show it all. It is quite a masterpiece, thanks Shaylie for playing with mick you are a good big sister.
