This last weekend we had to gather the cows and seperate the calves from there mammas :(... Saturday Shelby, Mick and I stayed home to go to ballgames and was sad we missed out in helping....BUT was way excited when they didn't find all the mammas and had to return the next day...We just LOVE to go up to the cows it has definitely been the HIGHLIGHT of our Summer and Fall Adventures to Idaho...

Mick had rigged up the saddle on the 4-wheeler for bella hahaha I think she likes anything that Mick will do, they are Good Buds!!! Also the 4 Girls have Bondedand made Friendships that will last a LiFeTiME!!

We LOVE FALL TIME!!!

This is a Cute Pic of Shaunie and Mark Shea Enjoyin the Beauty of Fall. They were on the horses supposedly lookin for cows hahaha... Young Love:) It is so GORGEOUS up there right now.. We hope to get back before the leaves are all gone.. Our Adventures are not always Easy, there is ALWAYS WORK to be DONE and this is where we don't hear no complaining from any of the kids... I think that must mean they LOVE it as much as we do!!!

CRAZY Good Times

Ok You could say we are a bit CRAZY at times but try to have a CRAZY GOOD TIME with this CRAZY busy life of OURS!!! Our Shelby is a NUT she is always making us laugh and be crazy WE just LOVE her to pieces... Sometimes not all of us want to be CRAZY and she will say something that you can't help but not join in and be CRAZY....

Must needed items
Fishing line, fake spider, snakes, dollar bills, quarters and a halter

Keeping a little boy entertained 24/7 can be a full time job some days... Mick would put a halter on and we all took turns leading him around like a calf, we would get all kinds of stares from people hahaha... We have also hung a snake, a spider, glued money to the ground just to scare people that would walk through the beef barn hahaha good times.

Shelby and Shaunie were in the same ShowmanShip class this year They have learned so much from each other. They would make eye contact with each other (when the judge wasn't lookin) and give each other a little grin I JUST LOVED IT!!!!!Posted by Picasa

Utah State Fair 2010

Mick showing his Angus heifer @ the show he did an Awesome job!! He has had her for nearly a year he chose what bull to breed her with and can't wait for February to come when she will have her baby and this process continues :)

Shelby has become an AWESOME showman she is calm, serious and yes she does give a smile occassionaly I just didn't have the camera when she would break her seriosness. She was asked by Shandar to help show some of there cattle @ the show GOOD JOB Shelbs your awesome and growing up way to fast.. She started showing @ 10:00 a.m. with the Herfords and ended the day @ 7:00 finishing strong with the Angus with about a thirty minute lunch break WOW talk about a LONG day it was GREAT and Shelbs did an Awesome Job!!

Shaylie Bug did not bring her heifer down so she was not going to be as busy as the other kids (SHE THOUGHT). Michelle ended up asking her to help with the Ribbons and she stuck in there all day. She handed the participants there prizes and ribbons ALL day Mick would help her also if he wasn't showing GOOD JOB SHAYLIE BUG!!

Shaunie had a GRAND DAY @ the Utah State Fair this year. She walked away with LOTS of RIBBONS she won the GRAND CHAMPION Jr. Herford Heifer and also the GRAND CHAMPION Showman. She absolutely LOVES this she says it is her adrenelaine (sp?) rush she LOVES to be involved with the cattle and spending time with her cattle friends!! Posted by Picasa
